UZIN UTZ UK Ltd is the UK subsidiary of UZIN UTZ SE, an international company headquartered in Germany. UZIN UTZ employs over 1,000 people worldwide. The company encompasses anything and everything related to the installation, renovation, and maintenance of all types of floor coverings, wood flooring, ceramic tiles, natural stone floors, and resin floors.

Our UK subsidiary, Uzin Utz UK Ltd, is looking for an experienced Sales Manager, ideally based in Central England, to help further grow our PALLMANN brand within the UK wood flooring market. Candidates must be highly motivated and confident in communicating with Distribution partners, wood flooring contractors and specifiers. Applicants should be able to demonstrate a successful career in selling to the wood flooring and/or flooring industry.

Your main responsibilities in this position will be to:

• Developing and implementing strategic sales plans that expand the company’s customer base and solidify the Pallmann brand’s presence.
• Building and promoting healthy, long-lasting customer relations by partnering with them.
• Manage and develop the sales of our innovative, high-quality wood floor installation and renovation products.
• Support customers with on-site visits and provision of sound technical advice.
• Write specifications for wood flooring tenders. 
• Gathering market and customer information.
• Extensive travel throughout Great Britain.

Your qualifications:

• Experience and contacts in the wood floor industry.
• Experience in negotiating and sales.
• Motivated, reliable and focused on success.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good computer knowledge.
